1. User is logged-in: both of the following links are working - jumping to "Bingo" on the target page

1.1. Link after rodip-loop: https://www.portal.roche.de/beyond-services/testing/anchors/target.protected.html#bingo

2. User is Logged-out: both of the following links just jump to the top of the target page - it seems then rodip deletes the anchor

Redirect Pages

Using Open and CUG Redirect-Pages to jump to an anchor on the target page.

Being logged out only the fourth version finds its target. (not regarded that we do not want to use an external link to navigate inside the hcp portal)
Reasons: Either RoDIP deletes the anchor: (https://www.portal.roche.de/beyond-services/testing/anchors/target.protected.html)
or the link is reconstructed wrongly: (https://www.portal.roche.de/beyond-services/testing/anchors/target.protected.html#bingo.html)

Being logged in: links 3 and 4 are working, links 1 and 2 are not
